Why so I ache so much?

We all know about hangovers and the mother of all headaches. DOMs can sometimes take us by complete surprise. Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness well that explains it all. Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Unlike a regular relaxation massage, deep tissue massage uses slower strokes and more intense pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).

The point of a massage is to feel relaxed or to solve a niggling problem. sometime an old injury that has not settled no matter what balms ointment potions and medication targeted at it. Sometimes its fatigue for no apparent reason.
